I had a lovely stay at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful garden. It was a tranquil oasis within the busy city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly baked croissants and a variety of delicious options. The location was great, just a nice stroll into the city or minutes away from the metro and bus stops.
The only downside was that the room was a bit noisy as it was located next to the breakfast area.

The location of the hotel is a bit disappointing, as it is away from the historic city center and surrounded by grungy-looking streets and high-rise ugly flats. However, it is very close to the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are sparkling clean and have all the necessary amenities, including a kettle. The breakfast served in the charming garden is tasty and includes home-grown fruits, such as delicious pears and plums.
Some parts of the hotel, such as the decor and bathroom fittings, are in need of some freshening up and maintenance.
